"We chose Dominic and his crew to help rebuild our kitchen after a water leak. Dominic is knowledgeable, highly communicative, and patient/willing to answer lots of questions. The bid he provided was clear and competitive and he made sure to have an independent auditor review it to support our insurance claim. His team did a great job rebuilding and refinishing our hardwood floors, repairing drywall, and reinstalling our cabinets/dishwasher. Overall communication with the workers was good and the one time that there were some challenges, Dominic jumped on the issue right away and met with the team to make sure something similar wouldn't happen in the future. "I’m really glad I chose to work with Dominik and his team! I had unstable tiles on the back wall of my shower from a poor previous installation. I came in with a lot of concerns (and a budget), and Dominik genuinely listened and worked with me instead of pushing a full remodel. What stood out to me: - Dominik created a thoughtful 3-step quote that gave me options instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all solution, which no other contractor offered - Erik handled most of the work and was clear, responsive, and easy to communicate with - He was able to save and reuse many of my original tiles, which meant a lot to me since they’re no longer sold and I really didn’t want mismatched tiles - Erik even helped install my bathroom window screen, totally above and beyond! And something I didn’t expect at all... They had someone come in to clean not just the shower, but my entire bathroom. It was spotless. Overall, the whole process felt smooth and really well thought out. You can tell they care about both the quality of their work and their clients. How much does it cost to remodel in the greater Seattle area?
As a rule of thumb in the greater PNW: kitchens $45k–$95k for a pull-and-replace, $95k–$180k for a full gut. Bathrooms $12k–$22k for a half-bath, $22k–$45k for a hall/guest, $45k–$90k for a primary/en-suite. Whole-home cosmetic refreshes $60k–$150k; full interior renovations $180k–$450k. Every Advanced Remodeling quote is a written, fixed-price, line-item estimate.
Are you licensed and insured in Washington?
Yes. Advanced Remodeling LLC is a licensed WA general contractor — registration ADVANRL813RC — bonded and carrying $2 million liability insurance. We pull permits and coordinate inspections on every project that requires them.
How long does a remodel take?
Bathrooms: 3–6 weeks on site. Kitchens: 6–10 weeks on site. Whole-home cosmetic refreshes: 4–8 weeks. Full interior renovations: 12–20 weeks. Additions and ADUs: 5–8 months including design and permitting.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — remodel financing is available OAC (on approved credit) through our lending partners. Rates and terms depend on your credit profile and project size. Ask for a pre-qual during your free onsite consultation.
