- Free onsite consultation — we walk the space, photograph everything, and put together a written scope with a ballpark range. No cost, no obligation.
- In-house design & pre-construction — starting at $999+ depending on scope ($999 minimum, $499 per additional room). Selections guidance, drawings/renderings where needed, and a fixed-price scope built from real build data — usually well under outside interior-design firms. Credited back when you sign the build with us. The design is yours to keep, so you can shop true apples-to-apples bids instead of five different scopes.
- Fixed-price build contract — labor, materials, permits, and disposal itemized. No hourly billing.
