1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Advanced Remodeling website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Advanced Remodeling LLC is a Washington-registered general contractor (WA Reg. ADVANRL813RC) providing residential remodeling services — kitchen, bath, flooring, interior, exterior, and full-home remodels. All work is quoted in writing and performed under a signed contract before the project begins.

3. Contracts, Payments & Change Orders

Every remodel is performed under a written contract that specifies scope, materials, timeline, and total price. A deposit is due at signing, with the balance paid on a draw schedule tied to milestones described in your contract. Any change to scope, materials, or finishes is documented in a written change order and signed by both parties before that work proceeds.

4. Consultations, Design & Pre-Construction

The Free Onsite Consultation is a no-cost visual walkthrough where we discuss your remodel goals, photograph the space, and collect information needed to prepare an estimate and ballpark range. It is not a home inspection, structural engineering report, or a substitute for any service that requires a state-licensed home inspector or engineer.

In-house design & pre-construction services — including selections guidance, drawings/renderings where needed, and a formal fixed-price scope — start at $999 and up depending on project scope, with a $999 minimum for pre-construction packages and $499 per additional room. Design fees paid up-front are credited back toward the project total when the corresponding build contract is signed with Advanced Remodeling. The completed design package remains the client's to keep for the purpose of soliciting comparable bids. Deliverables and any deposit terms are described in your signed design agreement.

5. Workmanship Warranty

Advanced Remodeling backs its workmanship on installations we perform directly. Materials, fixtures, and appliances remain covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. See the warranty page for the full policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Advanced Remodeling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Advanced Remodeling and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
